Created and Presented marketing presentations for entire payment suite for CiviTek and CiviTek National. Such presentations are utilized by Client Relationship Reps and Project Management Teams.
Naming and Logo Development of 3 enhanced services (PayNowLink, PayPoint, and PayChoice) powered by CiviTek & CiviTek National. Example
Analyzed competitor advantage against other leading payment providers for municipalities in Florida/Georgia and Child Support Agencies in the U.S.
Researched and Developed informational sheets of municipalities in the state of Florida, Georgia, and IV-D State Child Support Leaders in the U.S and conference opportunities. Defined population, contact information, and current payment providers. (More info available upon request)
Overcame travel challenges as a result of the pandemic and created innovative opportunities to maintain engagement with current and prospective clients. Virtual Lunch Webinars, Mass Emails, and Video Messaging. This resulted in scheduled meetings, conversations, and new opportunities. (See videos below).
